CEO / Director of Operations
Max Seibert is the CEO and Founder of
12 House Records Inc., the parent corporation to Nightlife Solutions Group. Max brings years of experience in sound engineering, lighting design, DJ performance, and event coordination to the company’s foundation. Known for his hands-on approach and creative leadership, Max has worked in some of the country’s most respected venues including The Society Hill Playhouse, The Elektra Theater, Daphne, Mr. Purple, Club Musica, The Soho Grand, Club Bohemia, Gitano NYC, and the South Street Seaport, where he built a reputation for delivering polished, high-impact experiences. His ability to blend technical expertise with artistic vision has made him a trusted name in the nightlife and private event space. Whether directing large-scale productions or curating intimate atmospheres, Max’s passion, professionalism, and commitment to excellence continue to guide the growth and identity of Nightlife Solutions Group.
Jeremy Torres
Events Coordinator
Jeremy is our Live Events Coordinator and a highly regarded DJ in the private event space, recognized on platforms like TheKnot.com and others for his professionalism and signature style. With more than a decade of experience behind the decks, he has built a reputation as one of the most in-demand DJs in the region. His versatility, seamlessly blending Old School classics with today’s hits, ensures that guests not only hit the dance floor, but stay there all night. Over the years, Jeremy has held residencies at numerous bars and clubs across New Jersey and New York, and he continues to bring his unique energy to every event. Jeremy is also the co-founder of No Problem Productionz (NPP), expanding his influence in the entertainment space. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, he delivers an unforgettable experience tailored to the crowd.
Luis Torres
Site Lead / Senior Engineer
Luis Torres serves as the Site Lead and Senior Engineer at Nightlife Solutions Group, where his blend of technical expertise, artistic intuition, and calm leadership sets the tone for every event we produce. With a deep background in live sound, Luis handles audio for bands and DJs with an exceptional ear for detail by crafting mixes that feel immersive, balanced, and emotionally charged. His versatility extends into lighting operation as well, shaping the visual energy of a room with the same precision he brings to the console. Beyond his work on site, Luis is a well-known recording artist and highly regarded production engineer, recognized for the signature sound and creative vision he brings to every project. Whether he’s engineering a live show, building an atmosphere, or mentoring newer techs, Luis is a cornerstone of the company's standard: consistency, professionalism, and a commitment to elevating every experience.
Eric Fitament
Recording / Audio Engineer
Eric brings nearly 15 years of experience in the music industry, combining technical expertise with a passion for live and recorded sound. A graduate of Five Towns College with a Bachelor’s degree in Audio Recording, he began his career on Long Island, honing his skills as an audio engineer with the Hank Lane Agency. Now based in New Jersey, Eric manages sound for The Saint in Asbury Park and collaborates with a range of artists, including The Skinny Dickies and The Lost Coast. He is also the founder and owner of Space Station Recordings, where he continues to support and elevate emerging talent through professional recording and production. Eric is also a highly regarded partner of 12 House Records Inc., where his experience and dedication make him an invaluable asset to the team and its clients.
Lauren Chen
Account Manager
Lauren Chen is the Account Manager at Nightlife Solutions Group, where she serves as the primary point of contact for clients and partners. Blending a strong operations background with client-first strategy, Lauren oversees day-to-day account health, coordinating audits, quotes, staffing, and ongoing technical support to keep shows seamless and experiences immersive. She translates complex AV needs into clear roadmaps, from system recalibrations to lighting fixture maintenance, and aligns internal teams to deliver on timelines, budgets, and quality. Known for her organized communication style and calm, solutions-driven approach, Lauren ensures every engagement runs smoothly, from onboarding and invoicing to results reporting, so clients can focus on their guests while the rest of the team handles the details.
